Self-Regenerating Device

The Self-Regenerative System is a compact-to-medium-scale purification solution designed to treat Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), industrial odors, and hazardous gases with fluctuating concentrations. It utilizes a continuous cyclic process of Adsorption → Regeneration → Oxidation → Adsorption to ensure stable and efficient removal of pollutants from industrial exhaust.

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer)

An RTO is a facility that treats VOCs and odor gases through high-temperature combustion. It is a highly efficient energy system that recovers the heat generated during combustion using heat storage materials.

RCO(Regenerative Catalytic Oxidizer)
CTO(Catalytic Thermal Oxidizer)

This system reduces the energy required to oxidize VOCs by using a catalyst. It is 30% to 40% more energy-efficient compared to direct combustion.

Combustion Facility

This facility directly burns VOCs. By utilizing waste heat through a heat exchanger or similar methods, it can recover over 60% of the generated heat. It is the most energy-intensive yet highly stable VOC treatment system.

Adsorption Facility

This facility removes odors by adsorbing low-concentration VOC gases using zeolite or activated carbon. While the initial investment cost is low, periodic replacement of the adsorbent incurs additional expenses.

Absorption Equipment

This facility removes water-soluble harmful gases by absorbing them into water or chemical solutions. As a secondary byproduct, wastewater is generated, necessitating a wastewater treatment system or storage tank.

PFCs Processing Facility

Our Plasma Scrubber is a Point-of-Use (POU) solution optimized for the localized treatment of persistent greenhouse gases (PFCs) generated during semiconductor manufacturing. By employing a hybrid system that integrates plasma technology with advanced combustion, it delivers high-efficiency purification of hard-to-decompose gases in a compact, space-saving design.
